Registration (2024-2025)

Registration

You may register online anytime from July 29 to August 20. Please remember that only Family/Guardian 1 may complete the registration. If you don't have access to a computer, we will have them available in the main office.

Parents must complete a registration for each student attending MCMS.  Registration is completed through Skyward Family Access. If you forgot your login and/or password, please contact the main office at 801.412.1000.  Once logged in, take the following steps:

  1. Click Registration and follow the online prompts.
  2. Make sure you click the "Complete" button after each step.
  3. Once you have finished all of the steps, click "Complete Online Enrollment" button found on the bottom of the screen.

Helpful Notes:

  • Your student's preliminary schedule will be available in Skyward, in the late afternoon on August 3. Keep in mind that students' schedules may change before the 1st day of school as we are still making adjustments.
  • In order for your student to receive a Chromebook, you must agree to the terms listed in the terms and conditions that were offered during  your online registration.
  • Registrations fees and the PE uniform may be paid through the online process. If you prefer to pay in person with cash or check, please visit the main office. Current office hours are 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Beginning August 12, office hours will return to 7:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday.
  • You may deposit lunch money into your student's account online or in person through the main office. Please note the new cost of school meals: Student breakfast is $1.25 and lunch is $2.25, unless students have been approved for free or reduced lunch. Students may purchase a second lunch ($4.10) or a la carte items.

School Fees:

  • All students are required to pay a $45 registration fee. 7th grade students also have a $10.00 CCA fee. Some classes may have associated fees Class fees will be assessed after class begins.
  • All required class fees may qualify for a fee waiver based on eligibility. If you believe you qualify for a fee waiver, please pick up the application in the main office.
    • The following fees are optional and NOT eligible for fee waiver:
      • PTSA memory book $25
      • PTSA membership $10

Upcoming Events:

  • Tuesday, August 20:
    • 7th Grade Orientation (8:00 am - 12:00 pm)
      • Only 7th grade students attend
      • Students should have all immunizations current
      • Buses will pick up and return students at the regular stops. More information about bus stops can be here.
    • Back to School Night (5:30 pm - 7:30 pm)
  • Wednesday, August 21
    • First day of classes for ALL students (8:00 am - 3:00 pm)

Other Information:

  • We follow the Jordan School District Dress Code.
  • 7th grade immunization records must be brought to the office or faxed to us at 801.412.1049. We must have these records before the first day of school.
  • Our bell schedule has changed to a regular schedule. Please remember that school hours are 8:00 am - 3:00 pm on Monday through Thursday. Friday is our late start day with hours of 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.
